Commercial EPC's

Non domestic and commercial EPC certificate

What is an EPC?

It is a legal requirement for non-domestic and commercial buildings that upon completion of construction, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) must be produced based upon the final constructed building.   The EPC is an asset rating of the building giving details of its energy performance and carbon emissions and can only be produced by a fully qualified assessor.  EPC’s give a simple rating from A (very good) to G (below average) EPC’s are valid for a period of 10 years or until major building use, design or extension changes take place.  It is a legal requirement for a current EPC to be available when a building is being sold or rented.

3-Saints have qualified competent staff that can produce EPC’s for new build non-domestic and commercial properties.  If you wish to discuss your building, feel free to contact us or email drawings and we can discuss your needs and provide you with a competitive quotation. Please note that as part of the appointment of an energy assessor, they will be required to visit the building to carry out a non-intrusive survey of the construction and fixed services. We will arrange a convenient time with you upon our appointment.
